This policy covers personally identifiable information collected and stored from registrated users by the nama5 s.r.o. on its servers. This information are not publicly available and they are not shared, communicated, sell or rent to the third parties. They are encrypted for a better security and as a prevention from an attack to our database.

Once you signed up on the nama5 webpage, you accepted this policy which could be modified from time to time by posting a revised version on this website without notice.

If you open an account, we collect the following types of information from you:

e-mail address
first name, last name (personal account), company name (company account)
address (optional for personal account until not buying a license)
country (optional)
forum information (optional) - nickname, homepage, location and signature
cookies
technical and statistical information

Creation of your account will be confirmed by an activation link wich you will receive in e-mail from mailsender[at]nama5.com after registration on the nama5 webpage. After this, you may update, correct or change your member information by going to the "Edit your account" section available after login. However, some of these information are not changeable from your side after buying some of our products due to binding this information with the nama5 product license.

E-mail address

User that did the registration is identified by the e-mail adrress provided in the registration form. This e-mail address is private and will not be shared anywhere and may be used by the nama5 s.r.o. only for communication with a user. Together with the e-mail address user selects a password, which is confidential and used to verify the integrity of the account.
NOTICE: nama5 s.r.o. is not responsible for actions taken in the name of your account if you share your login e-mail or the password with others.

Name / company name

User's name (or company name) is editable anytime until not buying some of the nama5 products. After this step, the name is binded with the license of the product and can be changed only by asking us via e-mail (support[at]nama5.com) sent from the login e-mail address.
FORUM NOTICE: If you do not wish to share your name please fill the nickname field in the "Forum user information" section of the registration form. Otherwise, your real name will be used as the nickname when posting a message on our forum.

Address (city, street, zip, state)

User's address is editable. However, if you bought some of the nama5 products the address is binded with the product license and can be changed just once per year, or by asking us via e-mail (support[at]nama5.com) sent from the login e-mail address.
User's address is private and will not be shared anywhere.

Country

User's country is an optional information used only for our statistics.
Country information is private and will not be shared anywhere.

Forum information

These information are optional but if they are provided we publish them with every message posted by a user on our forum.
NOTICE: If you do not wish to share your real name then fill at least the nickname field.

Cookies

The sites set a temporary session cookie on a visitor's computer whenever a login is attempted. This cookie cannot be denied at login. Cookie will be deleted at the end of the browser's session. Cookies do not contain any personal data and are not transferable from one computer to another.

Technical and statistical information

Information such as statistics on page views, IP address and standard log on information based on user's interaction with our website .

Links to other sites

Some content of our website is formed by users and it may contain links to other sites, e.g. in forum messages. In this case the nama5 s.r.o. is not responsible for a privacy or content of third party websites.

A user can remove the account permanently from our database by asking us via e-mail (support[at]nama5.com) sent from the login e-mail address.
