End-user license agreement (EULA)

PLEASE READ THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SOFTWARE. THIS IS AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND NAMA5. BY COPYING, INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE YOU ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. THE SOFTWARE IS LICENSED, NOT SOLD. NAMA5 PERMITS YOU TO COPY, DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, USE, OR OTHERWISE BENEFIT FROM THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THE SOFTWARE ONLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. NAMA5 OWNS ALL INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY IN THE SOFTWARE. THIS LICENSE ONLY GIVES YOU SOME RIGHTS TO USE THE SOFTWARE. NAMA5 RESERVES ALL OTHER RIGHTS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE.

DEFINITIONS
"nama5" means nama5, s.r.o., a company located at Mierova 36, 82105 Bratislava, Slovakia and organized under the laws of Slovak Republic.
"Software" means nama5 RAW Processor.
"Permitted Number" means one (1) unless otherwise indicated under a valid license granted by nama5.

GENERAL USE
You may install and use the Permitted Number of copies of the Software. You may install more copies of the Software for your exclusive use, provided that the Software is not used at the same time on more than Permitted Number of computers. You may make a reasonable number of backup copies of the Software, provided your backup copies are not installed or used for other than archival purposes. Nama5 may terminate this License due to your breach of this License.

RESTRICTIONS
You may not modify, adapt or translate the Software. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, assign or transfer your rights in the Software. However, you may permanently transfer all your rights to use the Software to another individual or legal entity provided that you also transfer this License and you retain no upgrades, updates or copies of the Software. Prior to a transfer nama5 may require that you and the receiving party confirm in writing your compliance with this Agreement, provide nama5 with information about yourselves, and register as end-users of the Software.

UPDATES
If the Software is an upgrade or update to a previous version of nama5 software, you must possess a valid license to such previous version in order to use such upgrade or update. Upgrades and updates may be licensed to you by nama5 with additional or different terms.

DISCLAIMER
The Software is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind. You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of the Software is at your sole risk. In no event will nama5 be liable to you for any loss, damages, claims or costs whatsoever including any consequential, indirect or incidental damages.
